Many of them don't know enough about the drug in order to educate their patients. Even though the FDA will not approve it, patients are turning to Medicinal Marijuana, aka Cannabis aka THC aka CBD as an alternative treatment to opoids for pain relief, cancer side effects, seizures, and many other ailments.
