We’ve all had something strange happen to us that just doesn’t make sense – something or someone just seems to fall into our laps, and no matter how we try to make sense of it, nothing can explain it except coincidence. Coincidences can help you with decision making, psychological changes, relationships, health questions, creativity, money problems, job issues and spiritual development. Dr. Bernard Beitman joins us to talk about his book "Connecting With Coincidence." He shares his wisdom and research. In his book, you will learn how to increase their frequency and to explain them.
Ask yourself - Are coincidences “ways in which God remains anonymous”? Are they “just probability”? What part do I play in coincidence creation? Some coincidences tell us that we have untapped abilities like telepathy and human GPS—the ability to find people, ideas and things we need without knowing how we got there. This is definitely an intriguing episode you won't want to miss...It just might change your life! Dr. Beitman is the first psychiatrist since Carl Jung to attempt to systematize the study of coincidences. He is a Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia and former Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He attended Yale Medical School and completed a psychiatric residency at Stanford. Dr. Beitman has received two national awards for his psychotherapy training program and is internationally known for his research into the relationship between chest pain and panic disorder. In addition, he has edited two issues of Psychiatric Annals that focus on coincidences, and is the founder of Coincidence Studies. https://coincider.com/about-dr-beitman/
